Banners
The info in the next 3 paragraphs is from the Global Challenges Project (GCP).
EA groups often benefit from having a roll-up banner. They're useful for events and for activities fairs / tabling. Commercial printers tend to be pretty similar in price and quality, so you can use whatever is local to you.
Here are two options on where to have a banner printed:
The Global Challenges Project has a zip file of designs for rollup banners here, which you can upload into one of the websites above, and then have the banner shipped to you. You can also use one of the designs below.

If your group would like to get a domain and website, go to this page, which includes instructions on how to get our EA Groups Squarespace template.
Design and Content Templates for Social Media
Three group organizers have created a resource for EA groups, especially new ones, with tips, templates, and content for your social media marketing. To view it, you have to be logged in to your Notion account, then click here. The team consisted of Luca Parodi, Luca Stocco, and Sophie Gullino. You can see examples of their content on the Instagram pages of EA Italy (in Italian) and EA Oxford.

Brochures and Flyers
Three Fold Brochure (A4 and Letter Sized)
Text based on effectivealtruism.org.
Download the Gravit file to make alterations. Make sure to change the group name and details.
These are designed to be printed directly onto A4 or letter sized paper and then folded without the edges being trimmed. Therefore there will be a white surround to each panel of the brochure. If you prefer to have the colours extend to the edges (and will get the edges of the paper trimmed), you’ll need to edit the files.
Export your file as a pdf, and when you print from Adobe reader choose “custom scale 100%”. Test that they fold correctly before you do a big print run!
Simple Flyer
This flyer is intended for giving out to people who express interest in EA, e.g. during a clubs fair.

Detailed Flyer
This flyer has a little more information, and is intended for giving out to people after they attend an introductory presentation on EA. The idea is that the flyer contains the main links recommended in the content of the presentation so that people can follow up on the topics that interest them, so we recommend you alter the content to suit.
