Some EAs live in shared housing, and some of these shared houses are used for frequent hosting of EA meetups or coworking. A few EA groups have chosen to have a formal "EA group house" where some group members live, and where it's a regular meetup space and/or coworking location for the group.
CEA's Community Health team has written some advice here mainly for community builders who are considering having a group house, or who want to use a shared house for their events.
